All sessions take place in a warm, calming treatment room. We usually have gentle music playing and calming oils in the diffuser. It’s a time to switch off, relax and be cared for.

Aromatherapy massage tends to be slow, warming movement allowing the oils to be absorbed into your body through your skin. A time for you to let the oils do their powerful work.
Reflexology is a whole body treatment that works by applying pressure to reflex points on your feet. These points correspond to different organs and parts of your body - stimulating them can help to alleviate any problems you’re experiencing.
Reflexology can help restore balance to the whole body and promote healing with conditions as diverse as insomnia, digestive complaints, migraine, and back aches. It is also a wonderful way to relieve stress and boost relaxation.
I generally recommend a course of 4-6 reflexology sessions for optimal benefit.
